Had a great Xmas at this hotel! Really enjoyed the friendly and attentive staff, and loved the fact that the restaurants were open on Xmas day with delicious food. The location was also perfect - close to the beach but far from the crowds. Another bonus was the lovely pool - great for a swim and soak up some sun!
The only negative aspect was the slow wifi. It was pretty frustrating to try to connect to it and we had to stay in the lobby to access the internet.

Beautiful views of the sea and impressive facilities such as a swimming pool and a gym. It's wonderful to be just a few steps away from the beach and some great restaurants in the area. the cleaning staff was incredibly friendly and kept the room spotless.
Most of the staff was unfriendly and the service at the reception and restaurant was always slow. the food provided was not great and we were even sick after eating breakfast there.

This hotel is a true luxurious oasis, providing exclusive amenities that meet any needs. the service is exceptional, with staff always eager to assist. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi, surrounded by a beautiful garden area, invite relaxation. the poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area offer a great selection of drinks and delicious culinary treats. the private facilities in the room are advantageous.
The venue is located in a quiet area, easily accessible with public transportation. Cons: the only minor issue was the lack of beach umbrellas and sun loungers.
